Q. What is the minimum square footage allowed per home. A. It depends on the lot and zoning, see Code Book Section 150.
Q. When are building permits required? A. A building permit is not required for repairs of existing structures as long as you are replacing with like or similar materials, there are no electrical or plumbing being ran, and you are not changing height, length, etc. If unsure, always contact the building committee.
