The City Secretary is usually the first contact that the public has with City Hall or its officials.  The Secretary ensures accurate posting, recording, and documentation of official city actions; to ensure legal conduct of city elections; and to provide a full range of administrative assistance to the City Council, Building Committee, Planning and Zoning Committee, Golf Course Oversight Committee, Code Enforcement, and general public.

Contact the City Secretary and she will either assist you or provide you with the name and contact information of who may assist you.  City Halls hours of operation are between the hours of 9:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. through 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  You may also contact the City Secretary at city@meadowlakestexas.org.
